This coffee comes from the high-altitude estates of Chikmagalur, where rich soil and cool mountain air create the perfect conditions for slow, steady ripening. Processed using the Yellow Honey Sundried method and a gentle fermentation, the beans develop a rich sweetness and layered complexity. As they dry under the southern sun, the natural sugars are drawn deeper into the bean, shaping a cup that’s clean, expressive, and smooth.

Brewing Guide – Enjoy This Roast Cold
Place your V60 over a carafe with 200g of ice.
Rinse the filter and discard the water.
Add 30g medium-ground coffee.
Pour 60g hot water to bloom for 30–45 seconds.
Slowly pour until reaching 200g total.
Let it drip (~3 minutes).
Swirl to mix, then serve over ice or chill.
